Throughout my career (4 years with an audit firm, then 3 years working in the Finance Department of a large French Group), I’ve always heard about Ginini antipode: as much for its professional accomplishments as for its welcoming company culture.
After meeting with Ginini antipode for the first time in 2013, I was immediately taken with the partners’ words and their commitment to developing a successful business plan while also identifying areas that needed work. Driven by a desire to be part of something that was experiencing such growth, I took the risk of going back to work for a firm after a my successful stint working for a company. It turns out it wasn’t much of a risk, as I was immediately convinced I’d made the right decision because Ginini antipode provides its key account clients with quality services while maintaining its human touch and friendly atmosphere. Ginini antipode basically gives us the opportunity to sharpen the skills we already have while also developing new ones. The partners give us plenty of autonomy and trust us to be constantly striving to meet our clients’ needs as best we can.
The missions that we’re given are a constant source of professional development, allowing us to face many different challenges with support available from other firm colleagues if we need it. Ginini antipode is really filled with a sense of camaraderie among the young and dynamic team members. We don’t feel like we’re just employees, it’s like we’re all members of one big family.
We’re happy to get together to share some fun or laughs, either over a drink, at a sporting event, or during the lively weekly collaborative seminars.
