Our mission

Assisting in the creation of the investment management control team (6 billion in assets under management)

  • Assisting with and overseeing long-term (quarterly) re-forecasting processes
  • Instituting monthly investment monitoring: production progress monitoring indicators and dashboard
  • Overseeing the budgeting process
  • Improving IS project monitoring reference materials (changes to the decision making process, improving the production of accounting information)
  • Working to better define the financial trajectory (documentation, challenge, presentations for internal and external audiences)
  • Launching a reflection process around changes to management ISs that make it possible to oversee investments

Assisting the Business Performance division of the Financial Control Department

  • Assisting with budget creation (income statement models by business line, consolidation of Business Line feedback, etc.)
  • Assisting with the creation of new cost models and capitalized production models
  • Assisting business lines with the budgeting process (daily discussion meetings with business lines, technical assistance, change management for new processes, etc.)
  • Assisting with the production of budget summary reports (reports and files for the executive committee, entities under administrative supervision or tutelle, ARAFER, etc.)
